please help only one week old and new groth is turning yellow on the tips and veins

i planted some seeds in a bubblepontics system a week ago everything looked good but now some of the tips of the first groth are turning yellow and curling under any one know why? my ph is 6.25 and i just gave them their nutrients.

It sounds like you gave them too much nutes. 6.25 ph is high for hydro as well. I think you'll want to shoot for 5.8, but I dont grow hydro, so hopefully someone else will help you out.

What strength nutes did you start out giving them?

Its also "normal" for the baby leaves to die off....how are the other leaves looking...?

yeah.. i agree with both of the above posters.. i also don't grow hydro, but you have to gentle with any nutes on plants a week old... and also it is common for old growth to die off.. i am usually only concerned about the new growth looking nice and green and healthy.. it is very common for older growth to yellow and die in veg as it is for leaves to turn yellow and die during the flowering stage..

i bough a pre packeged nuit pack for a bubble pontics system from stealth hydro pontics and as far as the new leaves go there r only 2 leaves at this point so there is no new groth yet to compair 2

how old do your plants need to be before giving them nutrients?

If in soil typically 3-4 weeks depending how pre-nuted the soil is. I dont know how soon on hydro, but I do know its sooner than soil.
