Please!!!! Help random bugs found

So I have a few plants on my flood table. I noticed a bug on the side just as I was about to water them. Dont know what they are but they were around the edges of the table and when squished it looks like blood spot or smear. No bugs on my plants but maybe in the soil? Are my plants fucked?? I uploaded pics of the bug and how the flood table is set up I do not flood the table only using it to hold the plants.

Have you done a quick search here? There are tons of threads with pics included. I cant be certain, but the ass end of that bug in the first pic looks like a root aphid. I really hope I'm wrong because those are a MFer to deal with.

have you seen the bugs on the plants? have you pulled one out of the pot to see if the roots are full of these bugs?
a lot of times bagged soil will come with all kinds of hitchhikers, i used to get the little springtails all the time before i switched to coco, they were harmless but annoying. if they don't seem to be eating your plants, i'd say ignore them, unless they start to multiply

Yea fellas I guess they are root aphids. Any suggestions on how to kill them?
