Please Help RIU! :(

Damn I woke up today and (bare in mind this is my first grow so im not experianced) saw one of my plants has popped up, but it's in a loop, it comes out the ground and the head goes back in, and the head is split into two different parts, sorry I can't show a picture, but I did a crappy drawing to show you what its like as detailed as possible.

As you can tell it looks a bit messed up, any help or advice im pretty nervouse! Please help!!

Relax and do a lot more research!
Study, read, read, study! If u want to grow good bud u need to learn what is going on first. U can't just put seeds in soil and grow. U may get lucky, or maybe your standards are lower than mine, but if I'm risking my freedom to grow u better believe I am going to do it right!

Give it time, it will stand up on it's own. Most likely today. It splits because it is forming it's baby leaves, these little leaves will catch light and feed your seedling so it can grow regular leaves. In 2 to 3 weeks those baby leaves will dry up so don't freak out when it happens.

The next leaves will have the rigged edges and be 1 leaf.

Go read peoples grow journals, it's the best way to learn. If someones buds look really good to you, then do what they did.

Also go read that growfaq and you wouldn't have to asks these kinds of basic questions.

nuture it...Gather some soil to help prop it up and support the lil fragile baby. It'll start seeking light and stand tall
