So i have 1 tent 4x4 and 2m high, I have a 18/6 Light schedule and 1 Autoflower in late flower I guess around 2 Weeks left and 1 she appears to be a normal strain (I thought both were autoflowers) my plan is to chop the auto when finished then switch to 12/12 and allow the 1 plant to fill out the tent she is already pretty big with many side branches and tops etc.. however I did not top her when she was a baby, currently with the pot and the light highest in the tent i fear that on the 12/12 change and in the next 2 weeks there will not. Be enough head room in the tent. What should I do try bend the main cola down, top the main cola way lower ? Whats your best advice ?

I wouldn't do anything as severe as a lower branch top at this juncture. You can get a lot of utility from a nice supercrop + LST, but if she's really threatening the top of your tent then you could still top her a few nodes down, do a supercropping a few nodes below that, and then LST the resulting new tops.

I'm amazed at how much you can sculpt these plants.

The views of the auto are poor, but I'd still say they have more than 2 weeks to go. I know you weren't asking that but figured I'd still mention it.

When supercropping take the spot where you want to bend it and roll it back and forth between two fingers (like you are playing the world's smallest violin). This will help loosen up the outer surface of the stem and make it easier to bend over without it snapping. Can't really see the spot where you bent them but the overall canopy shot of the end result looks good. I get them bent over 90 degrees too. Good luck.
