Please Help! Should I wait for all seeds?

Hello to everyone. First I would like to say what a pleasure it has been reading and taking in the knowledge of my fellow brethren. With that said, I am running an SH Bubbleponics setup and currently have 3 White Widow seeds germinating. On the 3rd day I noticed a sprout peaking out from the rockwool in one of one of my cups. No sign of sprouts yet from the other two. My question is simple. Since I see one sprout should I go ahead and turn on my lights. My concern is that I will screw up the process of my other two seeds which have not yet poked their heads out of the rockwool. Logically thinking, since they are down in the wool they are in the dark and the lights would just make the environment a bit warmer. I have done an extensive amount of research and I want to ensure everything goes very smoothly throughout the entire process.

So again, only 1 of 3 is showing coming out of the rockwool, Should I go ahead and turn on my lights? I will be using 2 100 Watt 6500k, 1 Dual Spectrum II 6500k, and 1 Dual Spectrum II 2700k.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

you dont have to turn on the lights until the first two leaves open up, but you can turn them on just to be safe. I had my lights on before they sprouted (just personal pref)

Turn on your light. Does the sun not start to shine in the spring until after all seeds have cracked and broke the surface?

Thanks so much for the replies everyone. Fortunately, I used the same logic as I was creating this post and turned them on. The first two round leaves are starting to unfold on the 1 plant but still no sprouts from the other two. Being my first grow, its a tad disappointing. I am concerned that my plants will be greatly out of sync in size and stature if the other two wait to long. Any encouraging words?
