Please help with RapidStart root enhancer!

I purchased a rooting hormone from Amazon called RapidStart, it had great reviews so I went ahead and ordered it. I don't think it is used the same as a rooting gel, and I can't find any how-to videos on how to use it. I'm using it for cloning into rockwool cubes and have all of the necessary equipment for cloning. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Don't quote me on this. I'm sure a friend of mine had better success with it mixing in soultion then soaking rockwool cubes in that. I'm pretty sure it was that but he soon switches to clonex. Has to be said I also use clonex as it's the OG in my mind and works so don't fix it if it isn't broken and all that.

I think it is for root development after sprouting,it is really just overpriced kelp.
