Please help !

So I have some seedlings planted and one of them got snatch out the soil there’s a lil bit of the root left so I decided to plant it back in the soil .. I don’t kno it’s I will continue to grow or just dying in the soil can anyone give me advice on what to do or am I fucked ! :wall:

Just reduce the strength of the light. Put it in the soil as deep as you can while still keeping the first set of leaves above the soil. Moisten the soil. If the leaves droop, mist them with water.

Please help !
