Please Help

I got kinda of a stupid question when should i add the nutes to my resivor its got ten gallons in it and im using floramicro and grow and bloom it says to add all three togetther or something my ph is around 5.5 or 5.7 somewhwere in there my resivor has a open lid which i heard thats not good and also my seedlings are just about to pop up through the rockwool...LET ME KNOW PLZ

do you have a ppm meter?
I would start with very low dosage of nutrients... like 100 ppm on day 3-5 of germination and I would slowly work the ppms up to 600 by day 16...

Of course, you need to keep a close eye on your leaves/roots and make sure nothing is burning...
