Please Help!!

Soil mixture: 50% Mg Potting Mix .21-.07-.14 / 50% Blk Kow cow manure composte 0.5-0.5-0.5 Ph: 6.5 Temp: 80 Lights: 6- 42 watt cfls, well ventillated, water every 3 days, 24 hour light cycle, plant is 17 days old and have 3 more w/ same problem , poured a gallon of water through soil after picture, now a little droopy a day later, been an on going problem and seems to be spreading up the plant, have not added any nutes, need to transfer to new soil? add nutes? pray to the reefer Gods? I'll stand on my head at this point, dont want to waste 3 weeks of grow time, not much cash handy, my fate is in your hands...

i'd transplant into bigger pots and feed them a little nitrogen.

ok transplant to bigger pots and add a little nitro, now were getting somwhere, now, can i continue using the soil ive already purchased,im low on cash and have to find a new place to live in the next week, i heard of someone sifting those nutrient balls out of the MG, or should i do something else? i have a lot of mg & blk kow left and it would be nice to use it up.
