Please tell me this is flowering

I'm talking about the plant on the left in the group pick.

I have previous nute issues that have been dealt with... this was an auto (honestly I completely fucking forget what it is, I think it's dr krippling incredible bulk or smokin gun... or it could also be dutch passion think different lol). I'm reaching day 42... lots of hairs but not even close to flowering as much as the other. This is my first grow, so I really haven't experienced the veg-to-flower transition before this. FFOF, FF trio, Aptus Fasilitor, LED.

Looks like it's flowering to me.You said you handled the nute burn. Have you flushed well with water?

What do you see that would lead you to ask that? I haven't noticed any balls and these pictures aren't the best.

After my flush a couple of weeks ago I am making sure to get enough runoff while watering now. I cut down on my nutes... only time will tell.
