pls help! my 1st diy LED COB

Hi Guys! first let me thank RIU community for all the extremely useful advise I find here! I love this forum
I keep reading, but some answers seem to ellude me, I'd appreciate some help

I want to build an all-round light for veg & bloom for my 1x1m tent.
I want to use 9x CXB3070-0000-000N0HAB30G +3 drivers @1400mA.
I found those heatsinks:

Does this make sense? is this good enough design to get me yield ~500g (15oz)?
Should I add some 4000k or 5000k leds too? if yes, where should I place them?

Nice link for EU heatsinks! See if you can find the formula for calculating surface area. Supra posted it in one of his comments, GL finding it. lol Its somewhat simple though, would just like to know how many cm2 youre getting out of that!
