Plz any sign of the sex yet???

Hey just wondering if anyone can tell the sex of this plant yet ? Cheers . An is the tip been black at the top a sign of infection or is it ok ? I only have a 75watt led above it and a couple of 25watt led normal house bulbs bear the middle of the plant so I can get some better growth where the grow led light can't get to . Am I worth getting a couple of CFL lights for the middle or will I be ok sticking with the normal led ? Cheers
