Plz Help Healthy Plant but slow growth i guess

Hi Everyone, Just wondering if anyone might have any idea why my rather healthy looking plant is growing extremely slowly.

Details:
Strain : +speed (Auto) Sweet Seeds
Outdoor Grow
Medium: Coco peat with organic fertilizer
Pot : 3 gallon
7 days old
5 to 6 hours of morning sunlight

Please through some light if its normal for a plant of 7 days old to look this small. Sorry about the quality of pics.

Is it 7 days from seed, germination, or first poke threw the soil, either way no thats a fine size, keep watering, wait on nutes, the first week or so theyre building that main stem and producing leaves so that it can endure photosynthesis convert photons to energy and turn energy to growth, so ya dont expect much that early.
