Im or should I say We are first time growers... So. My wife topped off the buds my weed plant during the flowering stage.. ( like took all the buds off the top) And then she put the peice she cut off in water NOW THE PLANT WILL NOT BUD BUT THE TOP PART IS GROWING GREAT

The rooted plant will still flower as well, you need more light to make anything of it.

How long has it been, stressing a plant is always going to affect growth. As long as it’s on a proper light schedule to flower and no light leaks, it will flower. Just keep it healthy. What’s a good light? Is this a auto? if it’s a auto, different story...

No its not a auto. I was just wondering if someone could tell me why its not flowering and alot of the leaves have only 3 or 4 points

What light schedule do you have it on? Doesn't look like it's flowering at all yet. Total darkness when the light is off?

A few little pistils, (white hairs), could just be pre-flowers so only showing sex and not really in flower mode.

Save that clone if it's growing and then you have a plant ready to go for more clones or just to grow out and flower.
