pollen sacks on my lady's

Hello experts.
I'm new here so hello gardeners. Ok here goes, I'm in need of some expert advice, I have pollen sacks on my ladys and there 4 weeks into flower, what the should I do? Are they worth finishing? Can I just pick them off and let them finish? Please can someone help me?

I just picked em off of mine, but I only had 3 plants going. Find out why this is happening. I had extreme temp fluctuations which I believe was the reason. I had quite a few seeds but it was worth finishing em for me. Good luck.
