Was just wondering if male pollen is legal to trade/sell? If so i think it would be a great way for amature breeders to get a larger genetic pool.

In the US federally it is not allowed, I know that. I'd think where ever it is legal to sell seeds for souvenirs it should be ok (Canada/UK), but I don't know for sure. But yes federal law in the US says any part of the living plant is illegal. Whether it has thc in it or not doesn't matter.

but once mixed with flour they would never know, without some pricey testing. i think its safer to trade pollen not something to advertise about like with other things. but this is all based on the trust you build with others. if i where to trade anything, not saying that i do or that you should as it is against the rules, what you should do is keep it out the public eye. usually if your the one asking for the trade you should be the one to give your address first. the sender has the least risk.

ah no, no you wouldnt. check your laws dude. just cause your in CA dont mean shit, federally speaking. and trading thru the post is not a state thing. you have to be out of the US to be a legal buyer.

thats fucked up this guy was on a thread asking for cali growers to trade dude go online and order your own shit you can get what ever you want if you want cali shit go to north cal and be cool who knows you may meet someone cool that will hook you up with all them clone only strains now that would be cool but your not going to meet them here cause nobody knows if your an agent or not it sketches me out when people ask me to trade

pollen company would be difficult since the pollen would have to be on ice most of the time freshness is key and transportation during the summer months will be iffy. tbh if you where getting quality pollen from quality males and even fems, there would be a huge market. i would be much more discreet too. i dream of selling seeds and breeding, i would definitely sell my pollen too.im not greedy anybody can make seeds and im happy to see them do that, but not everybody can make my seeds. or get back to my originals or they may not get what they want (pollen is a craps shoot often times) and i will have good rep, so im pretty sure i wont be losing customers.plus thier pollen may not be in stock, since the pollen stock will have to rotated quickly an made as needed. this in the end will probably drive the prices of some strains of pollens up and he prices of seeds down. im day dreaming now. lol

Poly, Poly. . . I would be a prop 215 donor to a CA licensed dispensary for pollen. I have NOT and would never transact any business outside of CA, on this, or any internet site, or post. Is this an issue? I would never consider CA prop 215 non-compliant transactions, ever, seriously! i wrestle with my own laws.im discreet and personal. other than the fact i grow im a law abiding molester hating citizen like anyone else. but i choose the path im on and i would give up my career(i have bachelors, lol, 4 years of this shit) of growing for nothing. whether the gov likes it or not i grow, its my passion, i would die or go to jail for it, and if i did i would start again later.
as for the difference between a clone or a seed grown plant i dont see the difference personally, i can get a thousand clones from either. but the gov makes up some crazy rules i understand that.

I hear you. I would grow if I could not use my product, is it a passion? high tech life science or low tech art? both? It is what you make it. I love growing the plant. Last time I smoked or grew, thirty something years ago, the Mexican Towering Sativa, always stolen if grown outside, but we took off quite a bit to smoke, to prune/top/smoke and microwaved bud at will. .
