Can somone tell me the diffrence between seeds and pollen sacs? I picture would be worth a million.
Seeds are produced in female flowers aka buds that have been pollinated and come towards the end of the plants life. Pollen sacs are male flowers before they open up usually found a few weeks after the plant is placed in 12/12. The sacs open up and pollinate your bud forming seeds eventually.

Question 2: how long do I have to remove the male plants before the release there pollen? Because i'm new to this i don't want to make a mistake and fuck up my grow.

they pretty much release the pollen immediately, in order to prevent pollenation you have to actually spot the little green nub inside the bud before it turns into a yellow banana. the best way to prevent pollen is to prevent your plants from hermying. if it does get pollenated, you can tell by checking the calyx's around each node. if the calyx is puffy, it probably has a seed in it.
