Pollination Question?

Hypothetically, is it possible to put two unsexed plants in a divided tent and avoid pollination if done properly? I'm planning to pull any males ASAP, but I want to know hypothetically if I don't catch it on time, could a proper divider stop air pollination?

Man...that is risky. Unless that divider is 100% air tight I would say no. That being said, how often are you checking on them? If you're like me and check 5 to 10 times a day then you should have no problem identifying the males and dealing with them in plenty of time. Even once per day should be enough.
