Poppy seed tea

my 62 year old dad just broke his wrist. just looking for a good vendor for seeds to make tea for him. In his younger years he really liked opiates so the 5mg pill they gave him do nothing at all.

Best to buy in bulk like 10pounds for about 20$ + about 15 S&h, If its good buy alot more, if not try another vendor, You will find batches that are total trash its a gamble.
