Possible Grow Room Need Some Input Advanced Grower Input Needed

So wassup you guys hows it going roll it up. K i have a question for the roll it out community because i have a opportunity to start a grow in a friend of mines house who has a open room that he is down to rent to me to use for growing purposes. Ok so now i wanna kno is it worth it to start it you guys think or not. I was thinking like 4 1ooo watt lights over 2 4x8 trays. like 64 plants in 5 gals or bigger. who has a setup similar to this and what do they pull?
What would the electricity be on 4 1000s plus some fans n etc. Anyways i would love some input from people who have similar rooms or have done some grows similar to the one im planning. what was your intial investment. Other than the lights, some fans and carbon filters what are the other big money items ima need to purchase before i would be able to get started. Please everyone i need some input. What is the plant limit in your state? I would go for 5 - 10 gal pots and grow 4 to 6 per light. 24 plants under 4 x 1000's should be able to pull 120+ oz's each harvest.

only you have an idea if the people in the house are going to tell everyone and their moms about the grow op in their house..and if you think people living in the house arnt going to find out whats going on,well they most likely will..

and also you might not even know if your friend will pull some shit and say they got robbed..

or bitch about the high up the ass electric bill..

he might not think rent+money for the electrill bill is enough and want a lot of your buds

their lips cause cops or feds to come visit,then they give you up only..lol

yea i kno its alot of drama but dude is a cool guy hes older than me like his 40s and he owns the house. And ive always wanted the space to do something big. what u think would be cost on a 4 1000 watt room.

not sure on a 4000,i only run 2000 in flower.

but with your setup it sounds like a lot,

i think my friend said with his 4 or 5k setup he was paying 700-1000 a month on light but idk

1260 hrs * 4000watts = 5040Kw\h * (your hydro cost here say $.10 for average) $540


So I would say you whole grow will cost about $600 for hydro...which would be about 3 months..depends a lot on your hydro cost and how long you veg and flower..if your fans are high watts you should calculate that too...
