Quick question are these male parts? Secondly if they are can they pollinate my females now (I haven't even started flowering yet.)

umm...no, they are not balls. I'd say balls were the least of your worries anyway. What have you done to that plant man? It looks nearly dead!

LOL it is.... Do you know what it is? It's the only node like that and the only plant with it.

I'm just trying to salvage what I can from these two maybe take some cuttings, root them and then flower.

dont take my answer to serious im a noob but im sure my female plant has them also ,but how is your plant it dont look to healthy..but wat would i know just the color of the leaves etc good luck.
