I have this plant that I moved indoors and now it has some dark green edges that are drying out. Is this light burn?

Either you have fed it too much, or it is in naturally hot soil that has burnt it...but that is nute burn

What else could/should I grow?

Unless you're running miracle grow(besides the organic one) I would recommend flushing. If you are using a miracle grow that has time released nutes flushing will just exacerbate the problem. I grow basil and mint, typically the same problems you'll see when growing cannabis you'll see when you grow "normal" plants. And at the very least you can try stuff out on the other plants. I tried LSTing my mint and it worked really well. But yea, we need to know what soil you have.

I found this plant in my moms plant pots on my back porch so I believe its just regular earthgrow potting soil from walmart. I didnt have enough for foxfarms soil and I heard the nutes in miracle grow can hurt cannabis so I didn't use that for any of my plants.

Everyone has to start somewhere lol. I'm by no means an expert, but it may not be nute burn. At least for me, when my plants got burned the entire leaf turned brown and then got all crispy and broke off. Yours looks more like wind burn or a light burn. If it continues to brown then yea I would have to agree it's nute burn.

I thought the issue with Miracle Grow wasn't that the soil was too hot, but you could never properly adjust the nutes in it.
