at that point, they are probably just root deficient. I wouldn't hit them with much of anything heavy until they grow a little bit.

Ok thanks. I've been giving them canna start at this point by hand feeding. The growth on them seems to have slowed a lot this last week :( Hopefully they pick back up. Also i don't think i was through with washing the pebbles. When i flush them dirt runs out of the pots. I think iv got rid of most of it. Could this be causing the yellowing/slow growth?
 
Yeah keep it light in the beginning, just make sure they have enough air/water and clean water. Oh and check ph, make sure it's not out of whack.

I think it could cause you problems...
I remember when I started off with fresh shale rock for my flood and drain... I washed the shit out of those rocks, but still, the res would be full of dirt. It made for weak growth that first grow.

im no flood and drain master. it's been years since i have done it. someone else could give better advice.

Shit dude. That's not good. Hopefully i can get that crap moved out with some flushing.
