Possible plant problem?!?!?!

I have 2 CBD shark (autos) going outside and have been growing fairly well until recently, some of the new growth is all fucked up and I have been feeding and watering as needed but never seen anything like this.

Got a microscope? Check for mites at 30x magnification. Whats your waters ph?

my ph level varies from 5.6 to 6.2. in the early stages of the plant i was using noting but bottled water and now i been using tap water for about 4 weeks but this problem just started a week ago and my other 6 plants arnt showing any of the same signs. but ill check for mites. thanks for the imput.

Thats low for soil, and its showing..the fluctuation.

From those pics i cant see a problem.
