I'd have to say nitrogen by what I see. She's taking the nitrogen from the lower leaves and moving it up to the growing tips. I know it's in flower but they still use N. I agree with @bleedintears that the soil will need to be amended to finish that plant if you haven't added something to the soil or been using liquid ferts.

Have you added any kind of nutrient to the soil? It doesn't take long for the plant to use up what is available in the soil. You will have to ammend the soil. Or add a liquid fertilizer
I have been amending with Gaia 444 every 3-4 weeks after week 4 of veg
but Ive been adding only 2 tbsp per 3 gal pot

You can also re-amend host medium ( FFOF ) by top dressing more / water in . This will temper the exhaustion from flower.
Flowering stages are when plants the most hungry . You can also make a “ tea “ with FFOF ( on the bag ) for a drench.

This way you can inject some good feed if Gaia needs time to break down.

I don't think that's enough food, and I don't think you're gonna get results with just top dressing right now. Takes to long to break down.
You might want to use a liquid fert at this point. There are organic ones if that's your grow style.

My remedy would be to drop your PH by about 0.4. Foliar spray of my go to. Fish emulsion @1tsp/qt of water twice in 2 days. Won't hurt the buds. Quick availability. Band aid until soil start feeding again. I use lobster/kelp for dressing and amending. Stonington Blend here. 1Tbsp. per gallon at mix and once at 5 weeks. You may have over fed as read.

I dont see a tea recipe on the bag. Granted, I dont have any yet, only pictures of the back of the bag online. Can you explaini it to me like I've never made a tea...because I havent. LOL
