Hi, my Lucy Leplant is getting some tiny brown spots and the new leaves look a little light - possibly underfed?

Running on bubbleponics, still trying to source for pH indicator/meters (none where I am, just ordered off Amazon and will take several weeks at least) and using half strength seedling hydro fertiliser at the moment. Last week I thought the light colored leaves was a S deficiency, so added some epsom salts at last water change, but now I realize it could be a possible N deficiency.
Either way, your expertise in this 5th so-far-most-successful-grow attempt is greatly appreciated brothers and sisters of the green! =D
