A few months back i suffered a concusion below my right temple, I went to the ER and told them about my Dizzyness and Nasuea i was feeling if i stood up to long and that i had a major headache going on, He said i should take it easy for the next couple weeks and all should be normal again as long as my brain doesnt suffer anymore damage.

Well 3months down the road i will just be doing my daily thing and i get lightheaded/dizzy and need to take a seat for a good minute

No meds have been giving to me i have been to the doctor 1time a month since it happened and tell them about this on going occurance..

If i found a docotor that explored and knows the healing abilitys of marijuana do you think those symptoms would be enough?

Marijuana in all honesty has helped me maintain my ability to be me. It takes away the dizzy feeling and Calms me down. But i dont know if i can go about this Legally or do i have to stay Illegal?

All depends on your states accepted conditions and or list of illnesses.

In California you'd be all set, in my state it wouldn't be enough to meet the requirements.Every state that has MMJ has different rules.

nausea is a qualifier call thcf they will let you know if you medical records are supportive enough for the recommendation or they will tell you to go see your doctor again and get the nausea recorded.

I'm also in Washington and a brain aneurysm survivor. If you are in W. WA, I urge you to get checked out by UW Neurology Dept. Excellent and affordable care. They practice out of Harborview Medical Center. I agree with you that mmj really helps keep things stable, but you really should make sure you don't have problems beyond nausea. My aneurysms occurred after a head injury. Good luck!

nausea and headaches alone won't qualify you in WA you have to have one of a certain set of conditions/diseases and you probably don't

if you have headachs and nausea then yes you qualify. first get a copy of your last three appointments worth of records then get ahold of the Washington state cannabis group (206)618-9091 they will have you fax in your reccords after they look at them they will make you an appointment or tell you you don't qualify. if you qualify they will make you an appointment with the Dr, the office visit costs 99$ and thats it. Best of luck please let me know how it goes. Namaste

What I'm saying is you might not qualify under state law, that doesn't mean you can't get a doctor to write you a recommendation. But if you have an encounter with the cops and they determine you don't qualify because you don't have enough history or a qualifying condition...

Nausea alone wouldn't be a qualifying condition, you would have to have HIV/Cancer/Anorexia induced nausea. And you couldn't get it for headaches unless your medical history could show that they don't respond positively to conventional pain killers and such prescriptions.

The rules and # of qualifying conditions really suck compared to California.
