Postage/ordering from Attitude?

Are initials acceptable when ordering from the Attitude? I know it says to put a real name, but I'm not willing to put my real name. How much postage is required to put on a regular envelope(How many $.44 stamps)? Stupid questions, I know, but I haven't had a successful order in over a year, so I would like that to change. Dr Chronic claimed my money never got to them and I call bullsh*t, considering I never had a failed order in 10+ attempted orders. Thanks.

use your real name, confusing your mailman will only add more stress, it's unmarked, they have a secure internet line, get a pre-paid visa card from walgreens, run a proxy, and take off the foil hat.:joint:

will buying a prepaid C.C. save me time from sending mail over the pond? I'm currently on the east coast(U.S)

Thanks for the help. Just bought my prepaid Visa. Let's hope that it goes through. I got screwed out of my last order from the "reputable" Doctor C.

if you're gonna use a prepaid card, make sure it's allowed to be used for international purchases. Their service rep also told me that you can either email or call them w/ your prepaid card # along w/ your order and they can run it through right there. Also, if you're going to be shipping to your house, use your real name. It makes no sense to be using your initials if you're shipping to your house anyways. Or find a cool friend that'll let you use his/her name to ship to his/her house. They'll provide you w/ a tracking # for the shipment and if you're on the east coast, you'll get it w/in a week. Fast!

I've had some shitty dealing in the past trying to use a prepaid card. American express prepaids don't work out of country at all from what I've seen. Do Visa card typically work out of country? Is there something on the package like a little label that would say for certain? I hate using the trial and error method :-(
