Trina Fraser You may find the upcoming legalisation wonderful I don’t why does it need to be more heavily regulated than alcohol did you know that most people have far more deadly plants growing in their flower beds when you buy these flowers there are no warning labels and no restriction on the number of plants you can have.
Children are exposed to poinsettias every Christmas and they are poisonous yet still legal to have as many as you please.
If I want to have 10 plants that should be my choice so long as I am not selling it if you can afford millions to get a license from the government you can have all the plants you want so long as you can fork over the cash .
Let me guess why you think the upcoming legalisation is so wonderful because your law firm probably represents several of the Licensed Producers who pay you handsomely for your services the same producers lobbied the government to squeeze the rest of us out and force us to buy their garbage that can be sprayed with 13 allowed chemicals but some them had to cheat and use unapproved Myclobutanil which made people sick who are medical patients if they will poison sick people what chance do recreational users.
While the proposed legalisation is better than nothing it is highly unfair and favours Large licensed producers this is not going to stop the so called black market because its to restrictive and this was never been about protecting children it’s about money just cause many of us are poor or unable to buy in doesn’t mean we are stupid there is just nothing we can do about it because we can’t afford lobbyists and fancy lawyers to speak for us so we have no voice their are to kinds of law poor people go to jail rich people like the Trudeau’s use their power and wealth to make their charges go away.

The problem is when and if ever will the government revisit cannabis regulation to allow a more fair system than current legalization is offering.
I am 60 l don’t have another 90 + years for them to finally make it fair for all cannabis users this current attempt at legalization seems more for the government and their rich liberal friends to corner the market and get even richer while the rest of us are prevented from participating.
Just look at how long it has taken for craft brewers to get into the beer market and they still are being unfairly treated.
