potent strains

Can someone tell me what the five most potent or strongest strains are?
What do you prefer .... a pure sativa high, a pure indica stone or a cross that gives you mostly a sativa high with some indica stone or mostly an indica stone with some sativa high?

It isn't all just about "potency." It is about what you like that also happens to be potent.

Go with ak47, white rhino, strawberry cough, bubba kush and super lemon haze.

If someone wants the original Cup winning genetics for White Rhino they need to purchase Mr. Nice Seeds Medicine Man. The rest are knockoffs and while they might be good, they will not be as good.

Mr Nice Seedbank - Medicine Man
Strain: Medicine Man
Breeder: Mr. Nice
Location: indoor, outdoor, greenhouse
Type: mostly indica
Flowering: ~60 days
No feminized seeds.

A proven Medical marvel for those in need of high levels of the most active cannabinoids such as CBD. Almost toxic at times, so handle with care and don't abuse the medicine, man . It has won many awards since its introduction as the white rhino in the late 90's. An incredible strong genetic heritage stemming from a Brazilian sativa/South Indian hybrid combined to a prodigious-yielding Afghani. It is in the Widow family and a proven champion for the sick and terminally -ill patients. For those who prefer indoors, then expect an incredibly resinous and compact Indica look from this plant. It has an expected flowering time of 56 to 60 days. For outdoors in the northern hemisphere expect harvest around October and in the southern hemisphere by May. The yield should be at least 600 grams a square meter… but be careful how you handle the Medicine, Man!

Family of breed: Afghan x Brazilian Sativa / South India
Breeder: Shantibaba's
Preferred medium: Bio and Hydro, Indoors and outdoors/greenhouse
Expected yield: indoor 600 g/m2 g/h & outdoor 450/600 g/plant
Flowering period: Indoor expect it to be completed in 56 to 65 flowering days.In the northern hemisphere it should be completed by October and in the southern hemisphere by late April to May.
Recommendations: For the inexperienced growers to the most advanced cultivator.
Special Notes: It was also known as White Rhino when it was first released…a tribute to Denis Peron's (art.215) for Medical growers.

brick top nailed it. Too many threads are basically "what is the best ...". You'll find that nearly nothing in growing is black and white, cut and dry, or nearly as finite as having a 'best'. Anyone who tells you "this is the best," likely has not had much experience growing (or at the very least no experience growing with more than 1 technique).

Many breeders will give you THC ratios, damn few bother with CBD, even though most people in the know will tell you the perceived potency is dependent on the THC to CBD ratio, not finite amounts of either. Regardless, without more experience to direct you toward what you want, you're pretty much stuck looking at THC (and if avail cbd) values, making a guess, and refining it with experience.

OG Kush from Reserva Privada is supposed to be the shit. Hard to get seeds, though. I grow Ice, and White Widow, both pretty darn strong. I have heard great things about Aurora Indica, also. And really, order some seeds you like, grow out some of the phenotypes, and you will probably find at least ONE pheno that will blow your mind. I now grow what I call Ice Anomaly, because it is just a little different, more skunky and fruity, but massively covered in trichs. I am now cloning that one, because I enjoyed it so much, and so did my patients.

same thing as brick said about the white rhino, if you want the original and best ww out there, go with mr nice's black widow, that is if you can find it in stock anywhere as i've been looking for it for ages and it always seems to be out of stock..

Herijuana from Motarebel or Sannie is pretty damn strong

This fabulous indica with many fine qualities is reknown and loved world-wide. Because of the high thc content en the narcotic effect she is widely used as a medicinal cannabis strain. The extremely compact flowers are covered with trichomes and smell intoxicating.

This plant originates from Woodhorse and was perfected in a selection by Moterabel. Sannie and Moterabel share their precious genetics, and since Moterabel is unable to breed marijuana seeds for himself at this moment Sannie continues his work with a new selection of Herijuana.
I received the seeds in 2006 and first grew them two cycles to get to know the strain. Then we selected the best pheno's to produce our first batch of Herijuana seeds. From this first generation we selected an exceptional male which proved to be the perfect match for our original mother. So these seeds are the back-cross of this male and my original mother.

Herijuana is a fast, open and branchy grower. Actually she shows a Sativa style of development but she blooms like a real indica. This results in an open plant and rock-hard, golf ball shaped buds covered in trichomes. The vigorous branching of this indica dominant makes it extremely suitable for Screen of Green (scrog) styles of growing. She continues to grow the first two weeks of flowering so you can stop scrogging early into flowering. Highly recommended for medicinal users and those who enjoy a real strong indica. It doesn't get a lot stronger than this!

Where can i get the herijuana strain. Is it something a first time grower can grow. And how does it compare to white widow and ak47

Good choices ... but if you purchase AK 47 be sure to purchase Serious Seeds AK47 if you want the original multiple Cup winning genetics. If not you will end up with a lesser quality knockoff.

If you purchase "White Widow" be sure to purchase Mr. Nice Seeds Black Widow (what Shantibaba renamed his multiple Cup winning White Widow) or else you will be growing a knockoff that will not be of equal quality to the original Cup winning genetics.

Sannie's Seeds offers Harijuana. How it compares is it is more indica.

I might wait a bit before purchasing from Sannie's Seed though. The other day I noticed in Sannie's payment options that Sannie's has had their credit card and PayPal processing revoked. When you go to the payment options page both are crossed through and that seems to mean neither can now be accepted. I can understand the PayPal part because PayPal does not process payments for things that are illegal and sending seeds that are illegal in many parts of the world might have been the reason PayPal pulled Sannie's account.

But normally you have to pull something fairly shady to lose credit card processing, so that would cause me to wait a while and see what's really up, what the reason behind having Sannie's credit card processing revoked.

You can follow the link to Sannie's payment options page and see how both credit cards and PayPal have been crossed through, meaning they can no longer be accepted. http://www.sanniesshop.com/payment-info.html

Maybe it is something minor. I am NOT making any accusations, but having been an owner of three businesses I know that you do not get your credit card processing revoked easily. Normally it is something like ongoing fraud ... but again that is NOT an accusation, just an example of what sort of thing it normally takes to lose your credit card processing.

something I love about the herijuana is the warning sannie puts in the description:

Warning: Novice users are advised that this is a very powerful strain. Adjust dosage accordingly.
:)

Anyway, sannies CC/paypal was pulled because of the legality of his business in the US (and I suspect the recent political crap surrounding wikileaks and how they were taking donations had something to do with the timing). Sannie is a standup guy. In fact the reason I found him in the first place is that every time I saw someone's beans get nabed or something people would come out of the woodwork saying "email him, sannie will take care of you." Then would be the followup saying he totally took care of it.
I personally would also wait till he gets the CC processing fixed (he's already taken care of it, just takes 1-2 weeks to do) if it were my first order. But I can also say that as a returning customer I wouldn't even hesitate to send a money order (and if I trusted the postal services I wouldn't hesitate to send cash).

Something else cool is that he is part of a fairly active forum (sannies corner on opengrow, linked from his site), so you're also free to go read all the direct feedback he gets, as well as a ton of grows (including his own), and all sorts of info on his strains. I grow them (link to my grow is in my sig), and a lot of the people that have commented on my journal also grow sannies.

edit: to brick top, I think the issue with his CC processing specifically was that he used a 3rd party gift certificate retailer. I think this was to avoid the issues of banks blocking european charges to US cards (I know for a fact I can't take european charges on my debit card without calling my bank first). Anyway, he was never processing his own cards, you'd buy a gift certificate from an online US company, and then use the gift certificate number to pay for your order.

That is good to know, and better news than I thought might possibly be behind things. I'm sure his loyal followers will be very pleased when everything is back to running at full speed at Sannie's.

I am not the biggest Sannie's fan but not because I believe he does not do quality work. There is no doubting his skills, and of course the genetics he basically inherited from Motarebel when he stopped breeding are well known for being quality too. It is just a case of his line being so heavy into indicas and predominantly indica crosses that it does not appeal to me as much as some other breeders lines do.

I have grown WW feminized from AMS. I would not say I was disappointed with it, I get great weed from it. I did expect more potent weed though, and it doesn't have enough aroma for me. I also don't have any experience yet really, so I'm sure it could have been better. I should be getting my SLH and LSD from Attitude any day.
