Powdery low Humidity dry sift won't form up

I've recently got some processed dry sift that is very well cleaned however it just remains as powder after hours of trying to process it using both heat and pressure.

Is it lacking humidity or is just too old to make hash with.

Smoke some. I bet it dont have the potency your after.

I did I was high for 3 hours and white ash with surprised me. I do think it's been pulverized and is a little too green however but usually can at least make it workable
