Powdery mildew or just from co2 pad hanging above?

It looks like crystally drops of whit shit, wipes off in chunks. Only right below a green pad co2 generator which may have got really wet from condensation near the lights at night because of the cold air they air attached too.

The greenpads definatly dripped on my plant because it got to wet, it's like baking soda or someshit so it dried out the leaf even though I tried to wipe it all. The branch may be okay, I'll know tomorrow. Thanks
