To start off I have read the growfaq on the subject as well as other sources but none seem to answer the specific questions I have; hopefully other growers who have dealt with this can help. My set up is 2 1000 watt lamps with passive intake and an 8 in exhaust,3 fans at plant level and 3 more blowing over canopy, 18 plants in 7.9 gallon pots with Ocean Forest. The powdery mildew came with the clones, thought I subdued in veg but it appeared again about 2 weeks into flower and will not leave. So im 6 and a half weeks in now and every day i will find about a dozen or fewer leaves with new signs, usually there is only one tiny spot on one blade (nothing like the pictures I have seen in terms of quantity). I dont even think the spots would show up in a picture they are so small (half my pinky nail or less usually).
So im pretty sure i cant get rid of it but I have a dehumidifier running 24/7 as well as daily removal of the infected leaves. My question to others is 1. Is there anything to do to help my situation while they are growing? 2. Is the infection small enough to where quality buds can still be pulled? 3. What course of action should i take when drying (should i remove as much leaf as possible before hanging to reduce the amount of spores entering my dryroom)? 4. Will using a sulfur burner/bleaching after this grow is finished make my room suitable for having another go? Anyways thanks for your time, any input would be appreciated, especially from others who have dealt with this evil....I can post pics if you need them
