Power outage

Hey guys, my power was out from around 11pm last night around noon today:cry:. Currently I have 8 females that are about 2 weeks from harvest and I also have 20 germinated seeds that I just started two days ago. My question is... Should I keep my 12/12 starting at 8am and just give them 8hrs of light today or should I give them 12 hours of light and make the new mornings at noon?? Also, will this cause any problems for the ones that I just started?? Thanks

one day shouldn't hurt, i would just leave the timer how it was. Outside there are cloudy days so i don't think it will mess with em too much

i lost about 4 plants to a power outage a few months ago, but that was cuss my apartment was out of power for about 2 1/2 days and
the temps got down to the 20's for about half a day

Yeah, just keep them on the same schedule, 8 hours of light today, then back to 12/12. Extra dark is fine for the flowering pl;ants, it is excessive light that can cause hermy problems. The veggin plant should be fine, just put them back to the normal schedule for the next day. As long as this doesn't happenn regularly, I would not worry..

Ha, you got hit with the same storm. I lost power from 7pm last night to 2pm today. It was my plants first night of flowering so they ended up with 7 hours of extra darkness.

Your schedule is fine. You are better off with the extra dark time. Some breeders recomend 24hrs dark to start or finish flowering. Leaving the lights on too long while flowering is what really causes some issues!
