Powering a alpine 64 plus CPU fan

Hey there everyone!
I am trying to put my new light together and can't get my cpufans to spin... I am using the cpu cooler listed in the title. I have a DC walladapter 12V 2A
I tried to hook up one fan with no success... Used the black as ground and the yellow on the fan as mass....
It is a pwm fan but I am sure if I hook up dc to a pwm it would just he high all the time.

Please help me I would love to get them spinning to turn on my lights :3

The cable coloring can vary on some of those PC pwm fans:

Maybe u got "some AMD" with red as +12V.
