Powering LEDs

Hey Team.

I have no experience with LED lights yet. I am setting up a new build and would like to use LEDs. How would i power around 10k watts of these lights. Do leds have their own power light controllers? Or should i just use a regular helios titan like i would with HID ballasts.

yeah. i get that. so would you just plug all the drivers into the titan controller individually? I know there are led controllers that will take care of the timer/spectrum. so the titan would not be used for it’s timer and will provide the drivers constant current? i don’t think the led drivers pull as much current as HID ballasts, do they? sorry if i seem dumb

i just imagine there is a special better way to provide power for all of these. like what are the full led warehouses doing?

They're most likely on 3-Phase voltage. I've never used a controller myself but I know that the Trol Master is used on some bigger stops ive seen. But as far as what is a suitable choice, well need to bring in people like @Stephenj37826 @RainDan and maybe someone sw

A Titan controller would be one of the safer options as far as being sure the lights go out when they are supposed to. Some controller rely on a wireless signal. This can lead to a single light not getting the message if you will. This could be bad during flower. That's why we promote a wired option. We generally recommend the Rollie systems wired controller. I do believe trollmaster makes a 0-10 VDC controller module for led lights.
As far as amp draw your LEDs will more than likely be using less amps overall. Divide the lamps wattage by the wall voltage to get a good idea of the lamps amp draw.
