PPM not going down?

Hey guys... I had these early mist seedlings running @ 350ppm and they were fine... I jumped them up to 1350ppm... Figuring they'd go down in time...

The PH (5.8 and PPM haven't BUDGED in three weeks... In fact I added 1litre of dechlorinated tap water to both buckets... And they didn't move... In hind sight... I guess that's kinda like trying to put out a fire with a glass of water... lol

They're looking great... The left pheno has great leaves... Sooooo... Just leave
them I guess??

I'd empty that toxic water and start fresh. At some point that 1350 ppm is going to be an issue if not already. Way overkill, I wouldn't suggest doing that again at such an early growth stage.

I did a complete water change... and set it back up... it's at 775 now... I'm going to veg them for 4 more weeks... do a res change again, and set them up for flower...

Bro that's way to much I veg in 400 ppm that's cause 100 of those are cal mag remember more isn't all ways better

what is your RO reading out of the membrane ?

Cut it down to like 250-300 mate. You can't force feed a plant. If you try to you'll ruine your crop every time.
The trick is to keep the ppm dropping as the plant feeds. If ppm goes up at all then the nutes are too strong.
Assuming conditions are on point and they're growing properly, plants can only absorb around 100ppm per week of veg starting count at day 7.
Saves you about 80% on the nutes bill compared to what manufacturers tell you.
Also, empty it out once a week cos they absorb different things at different rates so after 7-10 days you've no idea what levels of each things are in it.
Also puts your chances of root rot through the roof if you don't clean out on the reg. That can kill your crop overnight.
Hydros easy by you gotta stick to the rules mate. Deviate and you're asking for all sorts of dramas.

1350 would have burned the crap outta them, 3 month old plants in flower might take that but no way your little girls. Keep bumping it up 100-150 at a time, if it falls bump it up, keep going til it stops dropping, normally somewhere around 800-1000 (has been with my grows at least) that's your sweet spot, keep it there.

You'll be glad you did mate. 7-10 days and it should start dropping so then go up by 50%.
Ph should rise a bit each day. Let it get to 6.3 before bringing it back down to 5.7.
And now you know the big secret that soil growers think you need a maths degree for. That's how technical and complicated this really is lol.
Oh and for adjusting the ph, don't do it in the res. what I do I use a £10 fish tank pump to get a couple litres out. Adjust that then add it back.
It takes a while to get the hang of it and you don't wanna be pissing about trying to bring it back up if you go too far. On that note never mix chemical up and down in the same syringe. Bad reaction and it can be quite volatile.
I know you'll go do it now just to see so make sure to point it away from your face lol.

Fuck yeah it is mate. Just gotta make sure you feed light enough for the plant to pick and choose what it wants.
Get the dosage right and there's no stopping them .

Geezus the leaves are so thick and full... they almost look fake lol

In other news... my outdoor mum is looking nice... I just used up my last batch of muskie fish emulsion... and then added in Gaia Green Flower dressing...
