Can ppm be used as a way to gauge how much a plants eat?
if you feed a plant 5million ppm you'll most likely kill it. if you mix 5 gallons with 1000ppm nutrients and 5 days later the nute solution is 500ppm, you factor that into estimating how much the plant ate--as well as the amount of water left in the reservoir. and remember, if you take the same 1000ppm solution and let it evaporate down to 2.5gallons, the same amount of solute is in the reservoir, but 1/2 the solution thereby greatly increasing the ppm of your solution.I am lost on this ? are you talking about how much water they are drinking with the nutrients ? also keep in mind plants soak u any thing you give them even 5million ppm nutrients . so I am lost on your question . mabe I am stupid tonight
you were lost on the question, we were lost on your response. must be some good shit you smokin dog.I was not saying to use 5 mil .lol. would burn your plant . I was lost on the question .
