pre-moisten before upping containers ?

Getting ready to up my girls ( hopefully girls ) lol , into 3 gal. bags .
Was wanting to know do most remoisten your soil before putting into the bags ?

Also , I got 5 lbs. of worm castings from a friend who has a small worm poop operation ,
it is outside in a greenhouse in a big trough , then he screens it into a smaller trough .
Is it safe to mix a cup or 2 into my FFOF then into bags ?

Kinda worried I might get unwanted critters , mites , alphas etc.

any advice ?

Let her dry out a bit before you move her. Then once she's in her bigger pot, saturate the soil well.

She might look a little limp after transplanting, particularly if any roots are damaged. She'll bounce back though!
