Preflowers on clones?

I have clipped and cloned my mothers and have had the clones growing in soil party cups for at least 2-3 weeks and they're doing excellent.. however they have ALOT of preflowers on them.. Are they asking me to flower them? transplant? or what... the 24/7 light has not changed. It just seems like all of a sudden they're changing! lol advice on what to do?

i've bought clones that had pre flowers on them, you can wait for more bud sites or start flowering them right away... depending on how big you want them to get.

personally i think 2-3 weeks is more than enough and you should flower.. good luck
