I'm not sure about what is available in the UK, but the good soils that I am aware of that are buffered for cannabis include Black Magic, Roots Organics, and Happy Frog products. Miracle Grow products, or any product that says "time released" or "feeds for x months" are bad news for cannabis as they nuke your plant with nutes and submarine your pH every time you water.
