Private Message Error

I get an error when trying to send a Pm telling me i have insufficent privilages or my account has been de-activated.

What is the deal?

you have to have a certain amount of posts before your allowed the privilage of sending and receiving pm's.. not sure if its 25 or how many it is, but that is the reason why though..
