private torrent trackers

I want to sign up for some private trackers. I used to belong to demonoid, but that was the only private tracker I have ever been.

Anyone a member of a private tracker? Which ones are the best? How do I get in without any experience or friends on the inside?

I usually use the pirate bay, but I would like to download a few things and I am very leery that they are being watched. Lots of people seem to be commenting about getting letters for copyright infringement. It sounds like they are not a huge deal and nothing comes of them, but I would still rather avoid the situation and just download from a trusted site. Plus when the 30 GB download finishes I can continue to seed it without worry. If it's a high profile torrent on tpb I usually download it in a few minutes and stop it before it uploads almost anything. I hate being a leech, but I don't want to leave my ip connected for days on end when people are reporting getting letters.

rarbg is good, though it's not private.

Ever try bittorrent and or kickasstorrents? pretty reliable sites and ive been using them for about a year.Then again it depends on what your looking for of course.

Well I want a site that I can go download an entire season of a show that is on HBO or something similar, and be safe from prying eyes trying to bust me. I don't know how real the letters are in the comments sections, but I like not being totally exposed like I am with tpb.

Um...the people who are writing down IP addresses could be watching any of those private trackers as well.

You need to set bittorrent to use a proxy.

I havent had any issues whatsoever with the ones I posted nor have I heard anything about any possible compromise on the comment boards of those sites,but thats not to say that there would never be a chance of it,but ive got all of Game of thrones and The Wire series plus a huge library of movies.

It's significantly more difficult to get to the private trackers and there are far less people per torrent. If I was in charge of busting people for downloading I am going for the low hanging fruit, the large public trackers that allow anyone access.

I'm not setting anything to a proxy. Filtering hundreds of gigabytes worth of data through a proxy seems assinine. I could never achieve decent speeds, and I seriously doubt its effectiveness at hiding my ip.

Peerblock is a nifty little program that could help.

I used to have a huge porn collection (still do on hard drives in basement somewhere), but once I started living with my wife I could no longer hide things on the computers. I also realized how ridiculous it was for me to amass huge collections of porn. 99% of it I never did anything with after the initial view besides archiving it. The 1% of stuff I did view multiple times...well let's just say it is probably very bad for me to be making a habit of that.

Now I do 100% of my porn browsing/viewing in a private or incognito window and I never download anything locally, I only view through the browser. No pics, no vids, and I don't have to clear my browsing history on any of my computers.

I like to visit picture sites too instead of videos. With the same amount of bandwidth and time I can view 50 different naked women instead of watching 1 video. The pictures tend to be far higher quality than any video too.

the comments on TPB are legit.

they got bigger fish to fry then people like you that download shows. WAY bigger fish.

you can set your upload limit in bittorrent/utorrent whatever you use to 1kb/s so that isnt a problem.

torrentday watches the amount you upload and download... everyone has to maintain a 1:1 ratio.

honest to god, ive been using torrents for about 5 years. ive downloaded like 5TB (5000gb) worth of stuff and uploaded about the same, and have never once downloaded a porn torrent lmao.

I used to have an account on TNA. It was glorious. If I had been growing at the time it would have been a perfect storm. Excessive weed, excessive booze, excessive porn, and free time. I would have never ended up getting married to accomplishing anything. Now I have to be a porn ninja.

I haven't downloaded anything in a long time but when I was using TPB I got 3 notices from Comcast. They never did shit. I actually emailed them back and said someone obviously cracked my wifi and why are they spying on my connection anyway. Then I got an autoreply that the address can not get replies. So I stopped replying.
