I've heard only a little about it, but mostly good. I think most indoor dro growers are against it because they don't have complete control over it. Indoor growers, for some reason, are super obsessed with grow ops being like science labs.

I'm getting ready to start an indoor grow. I'm going to almost nothing different than when I plant outdoors. Put my sprouts in some dirt, water them when they need it, nute them on a more regular schedule (lack of fresh air, rain, etc etc), and watch for signs of stress, and if there is any, fix it, just like I have with everything else I've ever grown.

It's a weed, people. It can grow just fine in less-than-perfect conditions. >.>

Promix is the shit, I thin it out with an extra dose of perlite. Makes it drain better, more air to the roots.

I don't think you were suggesting growing directly from the bale. Ie, cutting a hole in the bag and using it as a grow bag. If that is you plan, rethink it. Bales are compacted, you have to break it up.

Sometimes there are gnats, depends on where you bought it from, the stuff that's outdoors at home depot usually has some bugs, nothing a little preventative insecticide won't take care of.

Break up the bale, it's compressed, don't grow directly from the compressed cube.
