Never watched a plant grow b4 in 4th week of flowern it has sacs on sum buds n when wind shakes em yellow pollen(I think) is falling out is this normal 4 a female or is it a hermi Idk please help I can't post pics dur 2 my iPhone
From what you have described your plant is either a hermie or male. Do you have any buds on the plant? Pictures would be nice, at least then one of the experienced growers could tell you exactly what you are dealing with.
