Problem or not?

I have a barney farms seed growing and I have never seen any thing like it,whats up.I had a real hard time with the seed heads and now I have this. Any help please.

dunno what im looking at other than a plant with really long fans.

Sorry sir, the stem is like a double stem. It has 2 stems and a fan leaf for each stem in the same place. It has quit growing and the top looks like it wants to have 6 colas. Sorry I don't have better pictures this was the best I could do. Thanks

Picture 2 shows the stem and 3 is the top.

Problly will have double the bud hopefully.but im just speculating
