:joint:As I stated earlier I am relatively new to this sight and the wonderful world of growing your own. while getting educated in the whole ordeal of growing plants .During my readings of plant problems that may arise during growth stage of plants .I've read about my simular situation (spider might infestation) and as some of my fellow brother's and sister's of this sight have posted one of the best home remedies for this is Habanero spraying your plant's.Let me start by saying I am a 30+ year's veteran familiar with the habanero pepper. So you can see why this type of solution interested me so much so i thought i'd give it a try.Now a very important issue ,upon reading this and other threads in reguards to the use of this remedy, DO NOT TAKE THE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES LIGHTLY. Trust me when i say while administering the spray to my plants i learned a whole new respect for the Habanero pepper ,it's uses, and it's strenght.Within minutes the spray had me running with my tail between my leggs ,and my sphincter muscle flexing....OoOoOoOoOoO ... out of the grow room. ........Respectfully Jose 420 .:joint:

I tried the Habanero spray on my tomato plants and it choked me out of the garage for sure. I however did not experience 100% success with it, overall my flies and mites did decrease quite a bit

10000 ppm c02kills all breathers in your grow room, over nite. Thats what the pros do, if someone forces them to grow a strangers' infested clones

working for me, but don't know about %100 the first time, I add a little dawn soap to it to help make it stick. But that was me, so far so good, just checked my plants last night as I watered, and I really cound not find any yet??I also lowered my temps in the grow room down to 75f

my room isn't entirely enclosed. i like this idea though. i have a cap burner. 1200 is as far as i can go. i was just discussing with a colleague i have to put perlite in all our grow bags. all two hundred of them. the gnats are taking over. if anybody else has ideas to get rid of gnats please help a brother out. one love. db

perlite will slow them, but not eliminate, same with sand. but sticky traps are very effective and should be at every plant. your cap generator will produce more than 1200ppm's, if disconnected from the controller. by now you can accurately judge how long yours takes to get to 1200ppm, and how long it lasts. do the math, set a timer, and keep it up all nite. this will overcome a sleeping or awake human if its exhausted out of a sealed grow area, be careful. not poison, but will displace oxygen. I never had mites, but have done this for a whitefly explosion, and a gnat infestation. dead in the morning, couple times and bug free for over a year. 50 degrees kills mites also, but most cannot drive temps that low, but for a couple small ones a refridgerator works.

good luck, those fuggers scare me and I hope you win soon !!

it won't work. i disconnected my monitor/controller a while ago...i could burn it non stop 24/7 and still not get to 1300. not to mention the cost of depleting a propane tank is kinda high. my grow room..you gotta see it i guess. it's bound by two walls, sorta. but anyway the co2 thing is way cool. like in a genocide kinda way. i'd have to erect tarp walls to enclose it then fire that bitch up. nothings ever ez god dam it.
