hi guys, i have a laptop in my possession that has broke, but before that i uploaded my grow pics on it, can i make any money in selling this or is it abit dangerous? or heck, can i even take it in repair

i consider anything on my computer is evidence. i had to send mine for repair (warranty work) and i was def. parranoid.

what do i do? i could send my friend in the store and say to repair it and tell him to mention he got it off ebay. what do you think?
