Sorry if I am not good explainer but i try to tell what is my problem.
I'm doing LST and i tie my plant down with some cords. I was away about a week and when I came back the main stalk has grown much fatter and the cord has grown in to the plant. now I can't take cord away without hurting my plant.
My question is that should i leave the cord and there is no problem or should I still remove this cord. I'm afraid that stalk may start to rot or smth.

What is the "cord" made of? This is a judge ment call made on visuals I'd say. A plant can recover pretty well so if it's "skin deep" i'd pull it out and maybe slap some root gel on the "wound." If its a good halfway into the stem and its already been grown over i'd probably clip it so there's no more weight being put on it and leave what's left in there. Hopefully, if it's a rubber coated wire or something like that it won't rust. But if it hasn't been grown over i'd try removing it/cutting it out gently and smearing it with root gel. I use a soft cotton twine for LST - hemp twine would probably work nicely too. And give the plant a little slack. a "cord" - shoot you could slit someone's neck with a cord.

on second thought, instead of cutting it out - you might want to try de-threading it, as it were. cutting it loose from either side and then pulling the cord through like pulling a shoe-lace out of an eyelet.
