problem with my plant

Hi, one of plants keeps falling over,

basically the head or new set of leaves was to heavy and caused it to bend, i came bk the next day and were it has bent it looks like as if its stretched and gonna really dry and rough,

now its happening to me other plants,

is it because my fan is not powerful enuf?

LOL....sounds like you have drunk plants!

But just move the lights close and put some stakes in the ground and tie them to it. That should do the trick.

Yes stake the plants and gently tie them with twist ties. They'll strengthen up in time! Shiskabob skewers work pretty good as stakes.

dont tie the twist ties to tight or it will break the stem. leave enough space between the stake for it to grow and strengthn.

Probably from stretching. That will make the stem really thin and to weak for to many leaves.
MOVE THE LIGHTS CLOSER.
If you using cfl's I would recommend about 2-3 inches away from the plant.
